if the damage is not physical but has performance issues, most likely it wasn't due to shipping, contact us and we'll schedule a time for a video call to verify problems with your unit. Once verified, we'll send a new unit and arrange reverse pickup for the current (damaged) unit.

Unless the product is defective and within the 10 days return period after verification of the same, we will issue a replacement.

If the return window is expired we will follow company policy which may include service, RMA/Warranty etc.

We hold the discretion to cancel your request in case of a suspicious nature like defrauding, intentionally returning the unit because of any other reason but performance, or if we see the unit is up to standards.

It is possible that our courier partners have a holiday between the day your placed your order and the date of delivery. In this case, we add a day to the estimated date. Some courier partners do not work on Sundays and this is factored into the delivery dates.

However, under certain circumstances like the festive season/pandemic/govt policies/strikes in a particular area or reasons beyond our control, there may be a delay in delivery. We are not liable for that as we have no control over these conditions.
