Shipping method/partner

  • We offer delivery through various shipping partners for which we hold sole discretion, depending upon pin code/area

Estimated delivery time

  • Dispatches next business day

  • Delivery within 3-7 days for most pin codes.

Tracking info

  • As soon as your product is packed, you'll get an email with tracking info.

Received damaged goods

Order delayed

  • unboxing video mandatory

  • if the damage is not physical but has performance issues, most likely it wasn't due to shipping, contact us and we'll schedule a time for a video call to verify problems with your unit. Once verified, we'll send a new unit and arrange reverse pickup for the current (damaged) unit.

  • Unless the product is defective and within the 10 days return period after verification of the same, we will issue a replacement.

  • If the return window is expired we will follow company policy which may include service, RMA/Warranty etc.

  • We hold the discretion to cancel your request in case of a suspicious nature like defrauding, intentionally returning the unit because of any other reason but performance, or if we see the unit is up to standards.

  • It is possible that our courier partners have a holiday between the day your placed your order and the date of delivery.  In this case, we add a day to the estimated date. Some courier partners do not work on Sundays and this is factored into the delivery dates.

  • However, under certain circumstances like the festive season/pandemic/govt policies/strikes in a particular area or reasons beyond our control, there may be a delay in delivery. We are not liable for that as we have no control over these conditions.
