Return & Refund

10 Days: Dead On Arrival, Missing Parts, Wrong Items, Missing Items (unboxing video mandatory)

  • Any defective items, wrong item, missing item, or missing component must be reported within 10 days after receiving your package by contacting us.

  • If the product is not available for replacements (Ex New Launches, Limited editions), the products will be fully refunded. 

General Return

  • In case, you didn't like the product due to any reason other than a performance issue verified by xtro support over a video, we won't be able to offer a return to you. We've put in great efforts on features page to explain in detail, no other company currently does that, in return we expect people to research & then make a buying decision.

  • If there are performance issues, you may be eligible for a replacement unit, in which case, a small shipping fee would be split 50-50 between the customer and xtro gaming gears.

Order cancellation

  • Any order cancellation request must be made within 24 hours of the time of order was placed.

  • However, if the order has been dispatched, we won't be able to cancel the order.
