• For any limited warranty claim, a valid proof of purchase is required. A valid proof of purchase is defined as one of the following:

• Modding / customizing the product is welcome but only after approval on our support email, that includes removal of mouse skates/feet.
• PTFE feet not eligible for repair/refund, you may choose to purchase new feet for replacement. Roughness in mouse glide due to scratches on PTFE feet are caused by varies factors which are neither related to the mouse nor in our control, therefore, any performance issues due to mouse feet is not eligible for repair/replacement. However, if your mouse is repaired for other factors we'll always swap new mouse feet for refresher course.
