Unboxing video is mandatory for any claim related to shipping damage. If you feel the package was folded during shipping, please make a video before unboxing. 

Before using the mousepad, clean your desk to maximize the anti-slip effect of the poron base.

For care:

• Do not roll the mousepad with the usage surface facing inward, if in some case you need to roll the mousepad, please roll it with the usage surface facing outward, that too only for short durations (like travel, etc) and not for storage purposes when not in use. For storage, keep flat inside the brown packaging.  Do not completely fold under any condition. Developing a crease on the surface area due to folding voids the warranty.

For cleaning:

• Wipe dirty areas with a wet wipe (without alcohol), then dry in the shade or with cold air from a hair dryer. Do not expose to sunlight to dry.
• You can run it through water if it is too dirty to be cleaned. If it's too dirty then use a few drops of shampoo for a deep clean with gentle hand rub, but make sure shampoo is out of the surface while rinsing it.
• A trick to find out if your mousepad has lot of dust accumulated, which might affect performance is to run your nails from bottom to top on the pad, if you notice heavy & thick nail marks then yes it needs cleaning. Thin and light marks are okay as we live in a fairly dusty region of the world.

Mousepads are consumable; when your mousepad has wear & tear effects, we recommend that you buy a new one.
