Unbox video is mandatory for any claim related to shipping damage. If you feel the package was folded during shipping please make a video before unboxing. 

Before using the mousepad, clean your desk to maximize the anti-slip effect of the poron base of the mousepad.

For care:

• Do not roll the mousepad with the usage surface facing inward, if in some case you need to roll the mousepad, please roll it with the usage surface facing outward, that too only for short duration and not when storing it when not in use. Use given brown cardboard envelope for storage or travel. Do not completely fold under any condition. Developing a crease on the surface area voids the warranty.

For cleaning:

• Wipe dirty areas with a wet wipe (without alcohol), then dry in the shade or with cold air from a hair dryer. Do not expose to sunlight to dry.
• Do not soak under water, if it is too dirty to be cleaned, pls wet the surface with water & gently wipe with a sponge or hands. If it's too dirty then only use a little bit of shampoo for a deep clean, but make sure shampoo is out of the surface while rinsing.

Mousepads are consumable, when your mousepad has wear & tear effects, we recommend that you buy a new one.
